    He was decent but I still wouldn't class him as REALLY good

    I know...

    but we aint had a decent "crosser" since he left have we? (thats all I meant) cos I didn't think he was a good defender, just good going forward.

    Moses very underrated, Dave watson, Fallon (forced out by the boo boys). the main one who we had to sell, Chris Barker. He was a brilliant player.

     Chris Barker. He was a brilliant player.</p>

    pmsl,sorry mate, chris barker was many things but brilliant wasnt one of them,he was ok in an austin/tongue kind of way.agree that watson,moses and eaden.were good but for me the last one that really stood out was carl tiler.</p>

    i think barker was really really under-estimated. never been replaced, lets hope heckingbottom can

    Agreed - I thought it was Carl Tiler

    It all went pear-shaped after he left here though. Didn't really do much at Forest and then became a journeyman moving from club to club

    He's head and shoulders above the likes of Austin and Tonge.

    the promotion season to the prem i remember we tried to re-sign him  but he turned us down and went to the blunts instead.anyway he paid for the east stand.</p>

    sorry mate beg to differ, he only started to shine after we got relegated to this awful league,in the first division for us he was ok at best and i aint got a clue how he is performing at cardiff</p>

    But you've got to remember he was very young when he played for us. He's still only 25 now and it seems like years since he played for us.

    on is age i agree with you, forgot he was only a young un when he played for us,dont get me wrong, i didnt think he was a bad player,far from it i just found the &quot;brilliant&quot; tag a bit hard to get my head round</p>

    under utilised and sold on for peanuts.

    Went on to prove his worth at Wigan. led 2 promotions became top goal scorer and a legend in his own lifetime at the JJB
