Easily the best we have had down there for some time.

Decision making was pretty good and he showed a lot of common sense. He appeared to have the respect of the players also.

Excellent refereeing display. Knew how to handle a game like that. Not flashing yellows all over the place. A credit to referees.

I think its Chris Foy on Monday.

    Yer jokin mate, surely?

If not, what did he do wrong? Could have sent players off like w@nky Uriah Rennie. But kept his cards in his pocket, realising what the tie meant to both teams. Thats what Rennie failed to see against Donny.

    RE: Yer jokin mate, surely?

Oh i agree it was great that he kept his cards in his pocket - but i thought he was rather Inconsistent. Howard gets pole axed midway through the second half, only for a similar tackle to fly in from McPhail seconds later and he gives a freekick - Inconsistency is a must for all referees. But in all fairness he was decent - 5 out of 10.
