Will you be happy to see LJ do well there? Happy if he failed miserably and took them down, or just indifferent? I think I'm pretty indifferent. Can't blame him for wanting a chance at a higher level and presumably a nice pay increase. I still think it's a mistake but that's another matter.
i think we have to be fair to him, who wouldn't take the job with a pay rise, in a club that is (currently) in the championship. I wish him well, we move on… just hope the club don't pee about appointing some one, and just crack on with the job, identify who they want and go get them.
Don't care. Once he leaves, he's as relevant to me as the manager of Stoke or Millwall. I only show an interest in what Keith Hill does because he's an engorged, perma-jizzing tail. The rest of our old managers (apart from Flitcroft, whom I like) don't cross my mind. It'll be the same with Johnson.
I hope he as a successful career wherever he goes.He seems a really nice guy and no one should deny him the right to better himself.I for one will be sorry to see him go but in football management your always one game away from the sack.Good luck Lee for the future.
I will. He's not been sacked. He's not done a bad job, it's just that a job has come up that is pretty hard for him to turn down when you factor everything in. We'll make a few quid on him going & we move on to the next. If he does a good job there, it shows our gaffers picked a good one & that in turn gives me a bit confidence too.
