RE: Easy he is definitely a weak link. But it was interesting to see that Reid was at Carlisle while Davey was there.
Well, ES.
Reid was given a contract before his latter one expired, yes?, so too other players.
Nads was kept 'on his toes 'and had to perform in order to warrant another contract.
I have no idea what went on behind the scenes and will refuse to speculate, but it did seem odd that Nads was not offered a contract, whilst the Club was busily tying uo the contracts of Howard. Devaney, Hassell etc.
With hindsight, if we had offered Nads the contract then he would still be with us, but the enigma that is/was Nardiello will always see us 'waiting'.
In this respect, I think Davey was right,
Danny came up with the goods, became lean and fit and looked the player we always hoped he would be, unfortunately, his latter game performances drew the notice of other clubs.
I am sad and sorry he has gone as I was a massive fan.
Makes it harder as a good friend is a massive, QPR fan and is 'over the moon' at signing Nardiello.
It hurts for me personally as I really rated him.

Tough choice. As a shelf stacker, I reckon Reid's extra height would just edge it, but if we're talking about modelling for an art class, Nads' ability to stand about doing f**k all for prolonged periods puts him well on top. As footballers, I wouldn't have either.
Ah - I see what you mean. Well I think, as you say, that Davey was right in getting Nardiello to play for a new contract, gave him a hunger, as did having Rajczi ready to take his place. Wouldn't worry about QPR having him.....he'll be back to his lazy, offside self now. In which case, now I understand what you mean, I'm going to vote for Reid.
a new centre back and striker please Reid - Prone to **** ups, doesnt talk to defence enough and generally slow, also seems to be out on the lash a lot, or is that kay? hmm

Nardiello, oh well season starts in august far too inconsitant for me,
