I know who I'd prefer but I will say later.
Some on here say that our poor form is down to Jacob Burns leaving and we would have won yesterday with him in the team.
Other say Burns was an overrated clogger who brought nothing to the team apart from ticks in the foul column.
It is obviously granted that McPhail is the best midfielder at the club so the choice would be between Howard and Burns.

I thought McPhail was superb again yesterday. About Burns and us missing him. No one cant blame Burns absence for us not scoring yesterday and against Bournemouth. We have had plenty of possession in recent matches including Hartlepool and Bournemouth away and Swansea at home which would suggest that our central midfield is effective. Its our inability to put chances away that has derailed us.
My thoughts are that with Burns in the team we wouldn't have created 80% of the guilt edge chances we had.
If Burns had have played maybe we wouldn't have conceded that goal but we would have been under more pressure due to ball retention.
We are a better passing side without Burns and I have no doubt about it. The strikers (or players who had the chances) were to blame yesterday and nobody else and the petulant one should be held accountable for losing a slight chance we had late on for getting sent off.
