Cash in on Keith Treacy if anyone fancies him, he just doesn't seem the slightest bit bothered. I'd like to fetch in a proper holding midfielder, a no nonsense tackler. So where does that leave Bailey? In the reserves or elsewhere, he offers nothing.

I'd be trying my best to off load brown aswell, and Mvoto if he keeps failing to break into the team. Our clueless management must not see anything in him at all if he can't get a place in our defence.

What's situation with Trotta and Dudgeon? They can go back for me. I would also like to get rid of Brown and Hemmings but who would take them?

Plenty of others I'm not keen on but we can't rid of 50% of the squad.

    Brown.
Digby and Abbot out on loan.
I would have said Jennings, but yesterday he did look quite lively to be fair, one last chance maybe?
Treacy and Lita need getting shut of, purely because they will be the high earners and both currently offering nothing.
Hemmings if he doesn't improve, smart move giving him a one year deal.
Forgot about M'Voto, he needs to go.

Loanees to go back, excluding Williams, who i think we should try and bring in permanently.

Brown's pretty much the only one. Hemmings & Lita haven't impressed me but as back up strikers they're ok.

    Digby needs a loan spell.

Still think both Jennings & Treacy will come good

    Treacy,Brown and Hemmings.

I'd then get another midfielder (defensive) and a striker after Trotta and Cole have gone back. Try and nick Benik Afobe off of Arsenal if we can afford him.

Kinel, mate, we'd have about ten players left if you got your wish.

For me, I'd send Trotta back, try and sign the other loanees permanently, and hopefully flog/release Treacy and Brown. Willing to give Lita and M'Voto until the end of the season.

    1) Reece Brown.
    2) Joe Dudgeon.
    3) Keith Treacy.
    4) Kane Hemmings.
    5) Dale Jennings.
    6) Ryan Williams.
    7) Jean Yves M'Voto.
    8) Marcello Trotta.
    9) Leeroy Lita.

Try an extend the loan of Cole and sign Ramage. Not a fan of the likes of Lazarus, Digby, Nyatanga or Bailey but i'd give them the rest of this season to try and get better. Apart from that everyone else is fine :)

Before deciding who should go, I believe we should establish where we need to strengthen and how easy that is going to be. January is a very difficult time to embark upon wholesale changes, and perhaps the big structural changes will have to be left for the end of the season. If suitable replacements are not available, there is no point getting rid of the existing players. If you are not careful you simply replace one set of poor or unsuitable players with another set. As I see it, we need to strengthen in the following areas.

    Right Back
    Right Wing (right footed)
    Left Wing (left footed)
    Strong Target Man

I would also like to keep the following players who have been on loan

    Ryan Williams
    Devante Cole
    Joe Dudgeon

If we made all of the above acquisitions then we could let the following players leave.

    Loans
    Marcello Trotta
    Peter Ramage

    Our players
    Reece Brown
    Keith Tracey
    Kane Hemmings
    Dale Jennings
    Leroy Lita
    Reuben Noble Lazarus

The following young professional need to go out on loan

    Paul Digby
    Nana Boyake Yiadom
    Darren McKnight

Treacy and Brown if I could shift them. Maybe send a couple of the young 'uns and Jennings out on loan.

More importantly who do we bring in.

treacy and brown definitely . yet to see treacy beat a defender and deliver a cross yet . brown has lost any form and confidence he did have . and then it depends on which loanees whe can either keep or sign permanent

Does that include going on loan or should I book my appointment.
