that they are able to recruit properly, seems for ages the managers we've had if they've needed a right back they've gone out and got a left winger or a midfielder and stuck him there (OK maybe not that bad but you know what I mean)or if we get a decent striker for some reason they've ended up out on the wing! I think that's been a major part of our problem TBH, unbalanced squads with no cover in certain areas and fitting square pegs into round holes too much of the time.
whoever it is, will get some stuff right and some stuff wrong. i just want someone who attacks and plays positively. that's all. for all the time's danny talked about doing that, he just didn't really, did he.. hecky & co have a real opportunity tomorrow, to just go and attack. if we do that and lose 5-0, i don't think anyone will really give a ****. no pressure game. wonder if he'll try to do that, or just persist with what's gone before? we'll see..
I still think we should just loan a manager. Maybe that's the agreement with North Ferriby that we can have their manager on loan for a bit.
The next person should be named head coach unless they are solely in charge of recruitment. This would clearly define the responsibility for the acquisition of players. Messers Mansford and Cryne could then take the plaudits and brickbats for the quality of the playing staff of the team.
