The guy has barely had a chance.</p>

Its a puzzler how 50 minutes Johnson doesnt get the same flack as he has been equally as effective sine arriving. Or is it because he looks like he is &quot;getting stuck in&quot; when he is 15 minutes late for a tackle and gets booked.</p>

I also feel sorry for McCann in that we dont seem to have the players to fit a system that would suit his style of play.</p>

Yup. And McCann is now the answer to our midfield problems when last year he was ***** according to some.

I think they're all racists.

 

McCann is a good player

just needs a run in the side, but with Brian playing well, he has to be patient. very similar players, cant see them playing together, good health competition for places is good though.

If we go to a 4 in midfield, whilst Howard isnt the quickest , McCann doesnt look like he has the legs to get over walking pace.</p>

I hope the team for tomorrow that you guessed earlier comes to fruition , much happier with 4 at the back.</p>

I dont see why we cant put a strong back 4 together with Foster, Kozluk more comfortable on left, he can push into midfield if necessary, but the important thing is that we have some pace in midfield to track their runners, Norris especially. should be an open game, hope we manage to get that elusive clean sheet.

They looked pretty lively last year. Hopefully Ricketts will understand that he needs to track back once in a while otherwise whoever plays right back could be in for some fun.</p>

Johnson's far from a world beater but .........

....... for gods sake man, he's twice the player that Mattis is ........ Mattis has barely had a chance cos when he did play he was absolutely totally fooking *****, to the point where it was embarassing for him, his team mates, the manager and the fans. Worst debut ever, even worse than Fola Onionbahji. Davey just daren't play him again.

is as active in Europe as Arsene's ! Dont think Davey gets a 12 page dossier every morning, but its fair to say we're out there looking all the time. Surprising change from the Barnsley 11 strategy I know, but practically speaking, we're likely to get better value.
