I haven't decided yet, £12 could buy me a lovely takeaway curry tonight. Friendlies are OK as long as there's a competitive edge to them, if not then it's nothing more than a glorified training session. Would probably be more inclined to go if I thought Dale Jennings was playing so I can get a proper look at how he plays these days.
Ill be going purely to get out of the house. I went to the Brugge game to see Jennings and any trialists we may have had, but I saw neither! So I'm also hoping to see Jennings have a run out.
You could do a lot better with £12 than watch a friendly match against a League One side. I just hope we come through it without any injuries.
I'm going down I miss my football during the close season and, hopefully, will get another look at some of our younger players. The result is a total irrelevance to me, I just want to enjoy watching a Barnsley match and seeing how the team/squad is developing.
Would cost me a fiver in petrol to go to the box office and get one beforehand so might as well pay on the gate for the sake of 2 quid.
I'm going. My first game of the season so it should help with the withdrawal symptoms. Wolves aren't a bad team so it should be a decent game.
Having a few pints, watching the squad close to the season starting, who wouldn't want to go?! Si thi there.
