Does anyone know which players have gone to Hungary?
Specifically wondering if fringe players like Kpekawa, Tuton, Jackson etc are with them

I think they're all there pretty much. As someone else has said Tuton's on trial at Motherwell.

I've seen all the new signings plus Payne, Bradshaw, Moncur, Hammill, Sessi, Yiadom, Angus, Jackson, Mowatt, Davies & Townsend.

They could have saved the 30 grand or so that this trip will cost (flights, food, accommodation, facility rental) and offered someone a pay rise.

Could have spent a bit on the stadium - sprucing up the concourses or put towards a supporter's bar.

**** me, anyone would think we'd sent the players to the Maldives! Hungary has to be one of the cheapest options to travel to.

The club have spent a bit on the stadium. The West Stand should once more be fully operational soon. The concourses have been spruced up too, particularly in the East. And we already have a supporters bar. Not to mention every pitch being relaid, the installation of Hawkeye, a new level in the East, new signage and the removal of broken boards.

I'm not sure five days in Budapest is going to harm the club. Hecky believes it to be a vital trip, and he's a good judge of such things.

What sprucing up has taken place in the Ponty End?

Sorry pal. I'm just about to get home and I'm off out with my missus. I've tried to inform above as much as I know.

Hate to be pedantic but we have a bar run by supporters that is fantastic but not big enough

Lets not bother putting a squad together at all, do away with training, then we can spend it on the stadium & make you happy !

That's perhaps something that could be looked at if enough people bring it up. I'm pretty sure GG will be attending the fan engagement forums and what not, so that would be the best time to raise it.

But we do have a supporters bar that is non-profit, run by supporters, and very successful. I think that helps those who might want a bigger bar, to show that it could work, if they want to raise it to the powers above.

I really hope we can look at doing something more permanent and on a bigger scale

I'm sure that plenty of folk would come down for snap and ale pre match
