what was the attendance at the meeting? 50/100/150

betting it was not more than 200, so there are several THOUSAND fans kept in the dark then.

I'm guessing your the latter of the 2 in my post aren't you?

Look, the meeting was a BFCST one which they allowed non members to join. PC & SD seem to have answered questions & given out names that as of yet they didn't want to get out to the media/public domain (if they did SD would probably be on Radio Sheffield now).

What's the problem? Is it because other people now know something you don't? So what - it could all be classed as B*ll*cks until they sign anyway.

The reality is, its all gravey anyway

cos by now the transfer wheel of fortune has been spun again and everything that was said last night will have changed. Who's, possibles and maybes are meaningless 24 hours later, that surely is the main message thats come out of it.

    Exactly...

...and Davey's made himself look a tool by communicating timeframes/targets this summer and then they've not turned out.

And rather than people realising that transfers are seldom straightforward they just assume that Davey is a liar. It's barmy.

    Just keep it shut Simon.

    Yawn
We asked everyone who came to sign a register, so we have a good indication of numbers, also from Health and safety issue.

That said, if you're working like a bstard at trying to get players in and being tripped up at the last hurdle or agents are scuppering it when you think its almost done and the time and effort you've put in is for nothing, you'd be mightly frustrated at hearing EA Sports Managers telling you what you should be doing and how you should be doing it. I reckon Scott and ryhilltyke have world class starting XI's on Champ Manager, if only it were as simple as picking from a list on a screen.

A bit of a fire breather if you ask me.

Too many CAPITAL letters for my liking.

Gally, would you mind sending me a PM with what happened last night at the meeting, please?

(just to really piss him off)
