I'll admit I didn't want him after Richtea was sacked, but he kept us up last year and is now building his team. Alright so we're in a bad run of games, but this is the first time this season we've been in such a situation and already some people want Davey out? That is what is wrong with the game...previously a short run of bad results, some of them unlucky culminating in an away loss to a team that have splashed the cash would not have been greeted happily, but certainly wouldn't have brought calls for the manager's head. If the fans do this managers will never be given the three seasons or so needed to really mould a team.

OK, if we were in real trouble I could maybe understand the calls for a sacking, although I wouldn't advocate it as I didn't want AR sacked in all honesty, but surely at the start of the year all of you would have taken this number of points at this time. Just because we had a good run early on and we are now having a slightly worse run is not serious enough for serious action.

    You are kidding right?
SLIGHTLY WORSE, thats similar to saying the Herald of Free Enterprise was taking on a bit of water.

We are in Freefall mate, once you start to drop its hard to get back on the level again.

Things have got to change next few weeks and I hope Davey can oblige. But if he can't then come a months time we could be in a relagation situation and nobody wants that.
We will be back to last years situation where for survival we need to change Managers. It worked last season so why not this ?

changing managers can't be the 'go to' solution

it seems it did work last year but in the long term surely stability is more important.

and at the moment we are not in a relegation fight anyway, so why are we debating Davey's future while we sit in mid-table.

if the bad results continue then perhaps decisions will have to be made...
