So we have to allow him to take us back down aswell! Does not make any sense at all! we have to look to the future not dwell in the past and I am sorry but Ritchie has shown in many ways that he is not the man to take us forward!

    No argument really.

Figures and position say it all.

So you never expected us to struggle?

So you reckon we should sack a manager everytime we go into bad form?

I did fully expect us to struggle, however the attitude and stubborness of Ritchie has made me decide that in my opinion he shoul;d be replaced because he is now out of his depth, can you honestly say you would follow the same manager who got us relegated , i doubt many honestly would say they could but the majority would not. If you go to the games you will have noticed with the exception of the Leeds game that the crowd are losing patience and i would rather get rid now and try to save our season because its clear to me and GS that he cannot save the club, otherwise he would have had a new contract

So your one of those fans who demand a new manager everytime we go into a poor run?

No, Thought Parkin & Basset could have done more for BFC but then thats MY opinion, Knowing people in the regional press who speak to the club and have a idea what goes on i form my opinions on what is happening in front of the fans, I know that thje board are True fans and what they want is success but obviously as is becoming apparent Ritchie can compete at a lower level but not at this i mean how can a maneeger expect a League 1 team perform consistently against teams with experienced players, we cannot because we have youngsters with no real leader on the field, so in answer to your question i want consistency but with a proven motivator who has a different script each week and one who shows passion.

    Can understand

But I dont want us to get back to having 2 managers a season again.

I have faith in Ritchie and he will learn from his mistakes and sign a few players and then we'll stay up.

I also have faith in Richie. For God's sake Brian Clough at his best wouldn't have kept us up with this squad. I'm sick of Richie getting the blame for Shepherd not coming up with the money.

Does anybody really believe that any new signings, be it Cadamateri, the Middlesborough players or anybody else are coming in this week? I for one don't think there's a prayer of it happening, we have been fed this bull too many times recently. Anybody who does think it will happen, good luck to you, may your Faith look after you.

I think if the squad isn't strengthened this week the fans will turn on both A.R. and G.S.The current squad is not good enough to sustain Championship football.
