Surely the crowd would be better on a Sunday rather than Monday night against Oldham

Daft isn't it. I was gonna go and make a day of it of it was a 3pm kick off.

Don't think I'm gonna bother now.

No idea. But we're ace in night games at Oakwell. Apparently.

Probably helps us considering we've got quite a few out injured though. Means most of the same team can play again.

I'd personally prefer it been on the Sunday though.

Danny Wilson wanted it on Monday to give the players an extra days rest on the basis that we don't have another game until 3/1 so his view was why play Fri, Sun and sat when u can spread the 3 games out a bit more

THE TRUTH ERE........... ''@bfcofficial have vindicated their decision to play the forthcoming League One clash with Oldham Athletic this Monday evening at Oakwell. An Club spokesperson revealed; we collectively took the decision to select the evening kick off as an alternative to many of our fans preferred Sunday afternoon start. It's all down to our CEO Ben Mansford. Local forums and press indicated the decision was to allow more 'rest time' over the busy festive period. Although this wasn't the case. Ben (former lawyer, football agent, spin doctor, call centre manager, cobbler, candle stick maker and pet psychologist) was formerly a weather guru. He studied climatic change as part of an Open University Degree whilst simultaneously undertaking a BTEC National Diploma in Smugness combined with a PTC in Using Long Words and Cliches. He knew the inclement weather would affect this fixture as far back as July 1998 when working as a Snowman Advisor for a Multi Media PLC in Eastern Asia. This is why the decision was made.''

He was European Champion in 2001. I've got one of his that's signed. It's beautiful. Smells of ******** when it burns. I often light it when bathing in the dark. It's bliss

Must have been a breakaway outfit as there's nothing in the official WCMA (world candlestick makers association) monthly magazine past winners section. Apparently

That's cos he only made the EUROs in the ECMA's. Then realised he needed a change of career and became a Master in Seal Clubbing.
