    Best British DM in the PL. Better player than Joe Allen IMO who seems to get all the recognition for some reason.

    Probably because he's only made fifty top flight appearances in his career.

    And at the point of England's last game that was more like forty.

    Woy's picked Leon Osman, I reckon Brittan might get a sniff but I don't realistically think he'll become a regular nor do I think he should be.

    Great pro, good player, worse have been capped but there seems little point picking him for the sake of him getting a cap.

    Was he 'eck head and shoulders above everyone. He does the same job as Doyle, Hassle, Craney do when they play in that position - easiest position on the field. All he does is tidy up, play it simple and let the rest of the team do the work. Easy to look good in a good team, Perkins would look good in that team. Very rarely do you see him put a defence splitting pass through, score a goal or make a crunching tackle.
