Why can't I re-install ITunes after my reformat of computer?

    I've tried and tried and tried. No matter what I do I can't get it to instal.
    I run Nod 32 and Comodo firewall.
    I'm baffled by this. I can't update any of my music or delete anything.
    Please can anyone help?
