Why can't you park near postboxes ?

    Has anyone else noticed that postboxes are in the most inaccesible places? Normally walk if I want to post stuff, but was out in my car today - could I find any postboxes that you could park next to? No chance. Drove past 5. Had to park 100 yards away, and get the kids out of car to post a birthday card. Why is that?

    Because you're lazy!

    There's only two postboxes that I know of within 3 miles of where I live. And only one is there somewhere to park, and that's a bus stop that's never used anymore.

    nearest post box to mine you can park next to it except for short pavement width.

    There's one 30 feet from our front door .

    Within spitting distance . Not that Crystal spits , you understand !!!

    Why don't you do what beamer and 4x4 drivers do and park there anyway, taking no notice of double yellows or pedestrian crossings?
