Why did we play yesterday?

    Just checked the BBC to look through the rest of the Pizza Cup games, and it seems that the vast majority aren't until next week - not tonight, as I vaguely assumed when I scanned the fixtures.

    Anybody know why a few teams are done with the group fixtures a week ahead of most of the rest?

    France vs Greece is 7:30 on Monday at Donny in the Rugby League World Cup. 24 hrs was probably a rush to get ready as the pitch will be knackered.
