Why didn't they just buy a bigger house to start with?

    Amazingly THEY both find everyday jobs hard

    because her, at 6ft tall is much taler than most people isnt she. I dont know how she fits through those 6'6" doors

    they sound a bit thick to be honest

    Look at the photograph of him at the bathroom mirror. You'll notice that they have positioned the mirror in the lowest section of the bathroom where the ceiling slops downwards. It must have not entered their tiny little brains to put it on the wall at the taller end of the room.
