Why didn't we just put a man on Eastwood for the 2nd half?

He was the only player they had , yet for some reason we decided to give him the freedom of the pitch in the 2nd half!

Other than that minor issue I thought we matched up to Southend pretty well and with even more luck we could have snatched it in the end.

I couldn't believe the space we were letting him have.

He was their only threat the entire game.

Someone should have stuck to him in the 2nd half.

    Ww missed Jacob Burns

Eastwood kept dropping off Kay into midfield and Kay didn't follow him. He wasn't picked up by Mcphail or Howard hence the space. He kept going for a wander into JB territory. Yesterday we missed him.....Fact

    I commented at half time

that we should get Hassell on, perhaps in place of Austin, who was looking a bit tired. soon as Hassell came on, we looked much more solid, he made 2 saving tackles, and I hope has done enough to show Ritchie he needs to play the remaining games.

RE: I commented at half time

For me Hassell needs to play and Heckingbottom needs to go. Often out of position and easily beaten. Far from convinced.

    then I would think again.
