    I live here mostly to be near to my kids

    but also, that I like living here.
    Its 5 mins to some of the best countryside in the UK. close enough to be at the coast inside 90 mins, near to bigger towns and cities and only 25 mins away from our boat.

    Not sure you can use our proximity to the coast as a reason for living here

    There's not many other places in the UK that are further away from the coast.
