why do we still have stuart pearce in charge, never been a manager

    GB olympic team - got absolutely know where

    this team in euros will get - absolutely know where,

    havent looked like scoring apart from one or two set pieces which does surprise me under him

    totally agree. no tactically awareness at all, we looked out of our depth tonight and pearce even the more than the team

    He doesn't need to be a manager its a coaching job.

    Its nothing to do with winning anything its about the development of young players.

    Giving them the experience of International competition in the age group.

    If the England U21 team is about developing players then they all want sacking, considering how wnak the England senior team is.

    How can you expect to develop a player into a winner if they are trained that its only about development and it doesn't matter about not succeeding at tournaments? I'd rather we sent them out to win every game and get a hunger and desire to win each time they stepped over that white line!
