Why does sentanta not work on freeview?

Just put it on and i thought get in its on.</p>

Then bang on 8 it goes off.</p>

So why is it on freeview, i thought the whole point of freeview was to watch all the channels available for free. (N) </p>

 

You need to subscribe, think the name "freeview" was a bit of a mistake.

 

Because you subscribed to the wrong channel!!

What you actually wanted was Setanta.

You can subscribe to Setanta

and receive it through your freeview box. But only if it has got a card slot.

Aye, I get sky but have to pay a tenner a month for Setanta. Not really worth the money tbh.

 

Worth it for me

I was paying a tenner a year ago just for NASN, then Setanta bought it and packaged with all their channels for £15, when this offer came up I phoned threatening to cancel and they knocked it down to a tenner again!

Only channel I get any use out of is Setanta 1 for the footy. Oh, and I watched the Woods fight on Setanta 2 on Saturday.
