Why doesn`t Colgan play in the reserves?

He played for the reserves at Oakwell 2 weeks ago.

 

I heard he'd put in a transfer request and Ritchie wanted him at Huddersfield.

the one position in the team where playing in the reserves is no help-the goalie is on a hiding to nothing playing behind an inexperienced defence-and you don't want your 2nd string injured in a nothing game

From what I saw against Scunny reserves, most of it was aimed at Mostto who was at the other end of the pitch.

Oh, and btw, I've never seen him work with Muller yet in Warm Up!

 

I only asked why he was not playing in the reserves?

Why am I having a go at him?
I just thought it would be better for him to play and keep match sharp and be ready to play in first team should he be needed.
I was not having a pop at him, I believe that Nick Colgan was treated a bit unfairly at the start of the season, he did nothing wrong to justify his being dropped, but I must say that Muller is doing a great job at keeping the shirt. ( even if he is a bit suspect at low crosses)

 

Colgan great shotstopper but failure to command his area has cost him his place.
