that you can't do it til after the final? a small gripe but nevertheless I went down this am to renew our 4 tickets and the office was shut-the shop said they won't deal with forms til after the final-I know they are going to be busy but they should have said so on the form
You're joking! You don't turn away people wanting to buy season tickets! How many Box Offices in the entertainment industry can only handle one thing at a time. We need to raise this organisation above Mickey Mouse level off the pitch if we are to flourish on it.
I wish I was I can't see why one pepson today couldn't have taken my money-obviously I don't expect to go down while the ticket sales are on but it was really quiet down there-trouble is it's not like "normal" economics where if Asda is shut I go to Morrisons or viceversa-it's a captive market unfortunately
I'm sure that when the forms were printed, any possibility of playoffs were an age away.
Having said that, I do think it's poor form that you can't go along and get your ticket.
If we do get promoted it's likely there will be a rush of sorts and yet more queues. Selling those to applicants now will only lessen the burden later.
I do get concerned with all this stuff at times. On the one hand we have people working behind the scenes promoting us and trying to get out of a hole, then we go and shoot ourselves in the foot on what should be very basic, easily overcomable issues.

Same happened to me last week I think it was Friday after the semi final 1st leg, went to Oakwell to renew and was told to come back after the playoffs. Why couldn't this have been mentioned on the website or even on the forms? Okay, the forms may have been pre printed or whatever but it wouldn't take much to slip in an A5 black and white print with instructions. Luckily its not a long journey for me but if I'd have had to travel then I would have been a bit miffed!! Anyway, VERY minor moan....I quickly forgot all about it on Monday evening! Paolo
