Why doesnt the academy produce....

First thing congrats to everyone at the club for surviving another year in the championship on a shoe string budget...

Now after seeing the bright young things that Charltons academy is producing, why year on year is the only thing we here of our scholars is when we release them without ever troubling the first team squad!!!

Got to admit Jonjo Shevley, on that performance has brighter things in store than playing for Charlton!!!!!!!
