Pocket our 15% sell on fee then sell him to Chelsea for £40m in January when silly season kicks in? Double our money in 4 months and double our attendance with a box office signing. Surely the club's assets (8 x 16 years old scholars) would support £30m of lending, particularly given our good credit history.
