Why England failed to qualify for Euro 2008..........ONE THING - AND ONE THING ONLY

THE PLAYERS DID NOT RESPECT THE MANAGER

We have a set of big headed players that have to respect the manager before they will work with him
The manager has got to have a record of winning something.........McClaren had no chance from the start

We have one of the best set of players (I didn't say team) in the world
And we have had one of the best set of players in the world since 1966

We just need a manager strong enough to manage the players

We've got the Man in Capello in my reckoning, hes' so i read as a bigger self importance even more than the Players can you believe?....

But otherwise in my view your spot on with the bit of a outburst you just expressed....

PS it must be the first time you've ever replied to one of my posts i feel all cool now! ....

Although I agree slightly YOUNG NUDGER

All my blame lies with the FA. Such an imcompetant bunch of overpaid ******* with very little, and in some cases no football knowledge. Why is our national side managed by them? What gives them the right? All they are, are football law enforcers in England, not football men. We should have a completely separate body, consisting of knowledgable football men, I.E Bobby Robson and people like that.

I'd love to blame McClaren, but, If I'd have been offered the job, I'd have took it. I can't blame him. Brian Barwick and the rest of the no brainers for me.
