    Managers played him when you said he weren`t good enough. Just pecking order why he aint playin, Williams got the opportunity whilst Smith was on loan.

    I'm disappointed we've gone with somenone else's young player rather than giving a chance to our own to develop. I really like and rate George and think he could have a good future with us.

    But three points today will overshadow this. Hope Connolly plays well.

    Smithy needs to keep his chin up and be ready when called upon. Our lads are dropping like flies so he could be back in very quickly, you never know.

    I like him, I rate him. He's only a bairn and can only get better with age/games.

    This Connolly kid is very highly rated. I hope he plays like it.
