Yep, I'm 100% behind a total clear out of Flickers back room staff. At least if DW has his own coaches involved, the players will know exactly we are a single unit........I would guess at the minute, most of them don't know which way to turn.....DW or Mellon. It's a mess, a real mess.
Don't see why Mellon is still at the club never mind doing the press duties. Nothing against the guy, but why keep part of the old management?
