Well the ref got it wrong He should have either sent them both off or neither - both committed exactly the same offence - to be honest it really wasnt worthy of a red card though the letter of the law probably says it is.
I think they were mad that Mascherano didn't walk as well... He put his hand to Aliadieres face as well. Consistency....

Mascherano should have gone as well Like I said in the other reply, silly rule that such a nothing incident results in a 3 match ban, the same probably as what Taylor'll get for his foul on Eduardo, but rules are rules and they state that raising your hands is a red card offence.
