Why is everyone saying last night's penalty cost us?

Fair enough thats JCR's second penalty miss in a row and i think i'd now hand the duty over to someone like Hammill who can hit a ball! But, there was barely 60 seconds between the penalty and the goal, if we'd have scored the penalty then they will have just kept hold of the ball or put it in the corner, therefore we wouldn't have equalised even if the penalty had gone in. Thats my point anyways.

 

Because........

if JCR had scored the penalty, Macken would have still put in that superb cross for Bogdanovic apparently.
