    of this board. That together with some of the negativity, acid comment and conflict seem to be the staple diet on here.  Is it a fan thing or a Barnsley thing ?</p>

    I disagree...

    I think that there are arguments because some people genuinely love the club, and hold some opinions very fiercely. There are one or two people who indulge in the mindless race/religion prejudice (at least that's how I see it) - but whether or not they believe it strongly enough for it to represent genuine hatred or venom, I would like to think not.

    I agree.

    There's lots of love on this board.

    Hartog has dished most of it out.

    * hides under desk.

    Retired?

    No chance.

    You'll be that drunken old geezer who sits in the corner of the nightclub staring at all the young birds (young being between 47 & 55 in Lovingstones).

    You'll be like Oliver Reed, but fatter.
    I reckon you've wrestled with naked men before.

    It isn't the majority, it's the vociferous minority. Contented people don't usually have much to say for themselves. In any walk of life it's the minority groups who try to impose their opinions and beliefs on others and who talk the loudest (in this case post). This board has almost 1000 members, most of whom I expect are good hard working lads who just get on with life and who don't feel the need to flood the board with 'life is great' messages.

    They're never wrong. But, I wouldn't like to kill any of them, because I'd get banned for that.

    RE: F

    Mine would have smells so when I logged on it'd be bacon butties, at 11ish there'd be a trump smell then at 12.30 a jacket spud. All afternoon the screen would then emit slightly pongy armpits and coffee breath.
