Do you think anyone who votes for them sees it as anything other than a protest vote or do you think some of them would actually like to see them making progress?

I'm not sure really, I wouldn't want to presume why anybody votes the way they do.

I do think that the BNP thrive on propaganda and misinformation.

don't get me wrong VitalTyke, but I think the leading political parties do that as well.

BNP make my skin crawl by the way.

I don't disagree with you, I just think that's all there is with the BNP - nothing to back it up.

Heh heh. Guess who's just been to deliver a leaflet.

The dogs nearly had him as well.

Verbatim - "Higham Common Road is still used as a rat run, even though last 2 Labour candidates promised to sort the problem out."

"Even though these wagons run constantly down a narrow road and passed the primary school, labour just aren't bothered."

Don't you just hate it when vehicles use roads?

Thought it was funny that the thread was frozen after a comment about New York being multicultural. A state where intergration is nil!! Each Culture not only has it's own community but they are actually named as such.

wasn't meant to be a knock. But historical or not, large communities still exist in New York within the regions of Little China / Italy etc. I didn't say exclusively but they still exist. It was also a observation of communities in New York in general regardless of culture. Seems like London in that intergration is low due to fast moving lifestyle etc. Either way to use New York in an argument about mulitculture being linked to intergration is laughable.

I never fail to be amused by how much of a fuss is made that one of the Presidential candidates could be a woman or a black man.

    Okay I'll try...

USA has one of the worst human rights records on earth and is up there alongside North Korea, China and Iran in terms of abuses.
