"It is understood the Championship club are losing between £1m and £1.5m per month." Ridiculous http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/26752394
This is all getting remarkably similar to Pompey's tale of woe. Be terrible if Leeds suffered the same plight, eh readers?
Read Alan Sugar's autobiography. It took him about a week to realise that you can't run football like any other business........... unless you want to get relegated
I think Gibson at Boro us putting in nearly a million quid a month and Brighton 750k not to mention Blackburn, QPR etc. complete madness.
Because there are isn't a single backbone between every governing body in football; they also lack morality, ethics and decency. When it all goes wrong it is not the players or the money men who suffer, it is the local businesses, charities and the general public.
And today is the last day you can enter administration without points also being deducted at the start of next.
Cellino has apparently invested £6m of his own money (although to be fair who knows where he got it from!). It would be sweet justice for a man convicted of fraud to not get £6m back. Question is, are the FA going to blink and find some reason to claim "well actually, he's not that bad....."
It's the FL who made the decision, nowt to do with the FA. It's gonna be an interesting couple of days though.
The FA will **** in pot, and say if they do not accept Cellino the Leeds will go under. The whole game is riddled with fraud and as Sugar said when he took over Spurs," in football clubs if they are given a few million they will spend it all. It is like a drain pipe it comes in and flows straight out and no investment
