Why no contract for Nardiello?

Surely we should be offering him one?!! A perfomance related contract would be good for the Nardi boy? Last thing we wanna see his him head off to Wednesday and continue his scoring run next season!

 

Given that a couple of players have signed new contracts then I suspect there are contracts on offer for other players as well. Perhaps he's just not yet put pen to paper on what he's been offered

Why not offer him a contract now and get it signed. If he carries on his scoring spree over next 3 matches which we all hope he will they will all be swarming after him. At the mo I reckon he would happily sign to stay with us? Maybe he has been offered one and we will see announcement very soon?

Maybe he's been told to go out there and earn one. Give him one now and he may sit back in his old comfort zone, less effort, etc.

 

I kind of agree with this

I'd like him to stay. However, he always ups his game at the end of the season. Whether this is to earn a new contract, put himself in the shop window or whether the adrenaline-fuelled games when the club are on the brink of something really spur him on I don't know.</p>

One thing I do know is that I don't want the contract-signed-comfort-zone-wake-me-up-next-April Nardiello playing for the last few crucial games.</p>

 

Perhaps!! Why not give him monthly performance related contract! Last thing we want his him playing fort dee daas?!!!
