why sign Sinclair and then put Lazarus on - baffling.

Playing against a team who are now happy to sit back. not much need for pace really

 

I thought Lazarus did really well when he came on, as did Buszaky. Big pity that the manager has such a blind spot about certain players.

Because RNL did well at Bolton and deserved another go today...the lad did pretty well too IMO

 

RNL deserves a run in the team. Baffling post tbh.

 

Lazarus & Buzsaky were our best two players in the 2nd half.

 

Anyone watching that game who doesn't think RNL deserves a start needs to have a 1word with themself. Totally positive in everything he did, carried the ball forward, passed forward, ran forward. If the finishing 11 had been the starting 11 reckon it would have been a different game.

 

There is the thing that is lacking in Barnsley`s play this year, too much tippy tappy across the park stuff and not enough of what RNL and Buzzy were doing when they came on. We looked far better going forwards rather than sideways!!

 

Thought Reuben wouldn't have looked out of place in Danny's team, passed and then ran in to space to be in a position to receive another pass.

 

RNL was good when he came on, he deserves his place in the team on current form. I think the more pertinent question is why were Done, McNulty and Wiseman playing when we have better players either on the bench or not even in the squad.

 

Wiseman had a shocker mcnumpty kept giving the ball away and done may as well have been sat with. Positives though I thought mellis looked far better after buzaky came on pushing up and could have a pen. Lazarus has to start for done on Tuesday and buzaky for Dawson for me. I'm a big fan of Dawson but he's been a passenger these last few weeks and maybe needs a rest or a reality check to fire him up again!
