Why the hell does Alan Shearers name keep coming up in discussions on the next England manager?

    Why?

Because he's England through and through? Because he has "passion"?

**** me, I think I should be next in line then.

He scored a few goals for England before retiring so he could play more games for his club. He's got no managerial experience whatsoever, even as an assistant.

The worlds gone mad. Or is it just because I read the Sun?

It was a shocking result without any question and only the FA believed that McClaren would be capable of doing the job, **** knows why. But I sincerely wish people would turn their back on the press as quickly as they're prepared to turn their back on their Country and it's players.

IF they are the best we have got, then they are the best we have got.

Agree about Shearer not ready for it, but no managerial experience.......... Van Basten and Jurgen didn't either and they didn't do too bad!
