Why not do it yesterday then? Who is in charge now? What chance have we got in signing any fecker now?
It was Gordo who wanted to sign players, now Ritchie is out of the way I fully expect to have 4 or 5 signed by the weekend.

RE: Why not do it yesterday then? They have obviously had words today, I would suspect that Ritchie was still harping on about a contract, and GS has said "not happening kiddo, clear thi desk".
RE: Why not do it yesterday then? Well you got what you wanted, who to blame now then ?
Sorry Russ, but I just don't think was the right move.

No idea I suspect its all happened very quick since the meeting they had yesterday. If Andys refused to budge on bringing players in, more fool him. the players have hardly helped him, queuing up outside Gordons office to slag him off.
Dave, the fact of the matter is, we're 2nd bottom........... and sliding into pub league 1, Ritchie's blind faith in mediocre players has cost him, not the fans, we all owe Ritchie a debt of thanks, but, he's been found out this term.
Allegedly ... ... the players Andy put his faith in have been telling Gord that they should be replaced, or summat.
That would be ridiculous What if the new manager doesn't want those players. Or why doesn't Shepherd manage the damned club. I'm furious at this news - Shepherd should go now. Here we fecking go again - sacking managers.
My point exactly No silly c u n t is going to sign for a team on loan when they've just sacked their manager.
We're f_cuked

I understand your view... ...and I can see the league table, but do you think that there will be an influx of loan signings now ?? Who is going to take over ?
If I'm proved wrong I'll be very happy, just have a feeling that I won't be.

RE: Why not do it yesterday then? Hardly a surprise is it. I was talking to a Club employee yesterday who said that things were not looking very good for AR.Even the players who are supposed to have been 100% behind AR have been complaining about the way he has been doing things. I could name 3 very unhappy 1st teamers. It's not only Johnny who has been watching training. The board have been monitoring AR for a very good reason.Gordon Shepard told us all this months ago. I am sorry to see anyone lose there job but AR simply hasn't been up to it. The Club must now focus on securing our place in the Championship. Lets move on now and do what we are best at, supporting this wonderful football Club of ours.
