He must have had an invite. Not because its curtesy they extend to League Managers because he is'nt a current Manager. My worry is he may be a possible replacement for Davey Reminds me of that well known saying 'From the Frying Pan to the fire'
Why would he be there if Patrick's still in Ireland? If Adam's was there, it doesn't look like it's owt to do with Barnsley's troubles.
According to SSN last night...... there were 4 out of work managers 'scouting' the game last night. Maybe circling like vultures.
If Adams is the best we can do though, I think i'd rather keep Davey. Deffo in fact.

No way. What the chuff has he ever done? Turned down Newcastle by all accounts so he wouldn't come here anyway.
RE: According to SSN last night...... Theres probably an out of work manager at most games in the Championship, they are making sure they keep up to speed with the players etc at this level just in case a vacancy comes up.I think SSN were stiring it a bit by making that coment though
Yeah you could be right mate. Still, if the opportunity arises why not stir it up a bit from a potential managers point of view. If I was out of work and there was an under fire manager, i too might be at the game to get tongues wagging.
ok Chester,it was me that posted the "thing" about Tony Adams being in the directors box. I don't tell lies and infact, how about an evens bet that he was there.
well seeing as I work down there match days and he wasnt seen, dont know how you will pull this one off but go on, tell me........................
