Why we didn't sell Howard in the summer - my take on it.

    I think it's pretty obvious that the club were hoping to keep him for most of this season, as it goes without saying that a fit and interested Brian Howard is of huge benefit to the club and its performances. When it has become clear that we don't now have a fit and interested Brian Howard, the club have decided he might as well go while we can get something for him. Not rocket science really.

    if he goes to sheffield utd , and is as big a load of rubbish as he has been for us this season (and i still class myself a bryan howard fan) do we still get paid com january

    Correct , we could have bought a decent stiker to make up for Howards lack (and our strike force) of goals and had done.

    Judging by how the Nyatanga deal didn't happen at the end of his loan spell, that is possible.

    That Barry Davis was a good commentator,nothing to do with Brian Howard though,Im bored to tears listening about him all the time,change the record.
