WHY WE HAVE TO KEEP RITCHIE

because we need have a manager who is going to bring stabillity, we cannot keep hiring and firing managers it just does not work! it was always goin to be hard this season, we were not going to push for play-offs or mid table, it was always going to be a scrap. There are probably 18 bigger clubs in this division than us with bigger fan bases and bigger pots of money, there is no doubting that the squad needs strengthning and i was as dissapointed as the next person that ritchie has not added to the squad, i personally would stick with him even if we went down. he has basically been a victim of his own success, stick by him get a few players and we will stay up!

 

If we get relegated then the fanbase, income and depression will occur , and we could very easily go back in the Red. I for one would find it very difficult to watch a manager or support him after being so blody minded and not willing to listen to his directors
