Making sure everyone being good little boys n' girls.
It's the "Guilty until proven innocent" approach.

i thought it was because of the 'Town Full of Pakis' chant AGAIN! might be trying to get a bit of evidence to nail some of the boneheads singing it
RE: i thought it was because of the 'Town Full of Pakis' chant AGAIN! Nah, they film regularly, not just that match.
Still it gives the opportunity for the traditional "Stick yer something camera" songs.

RE: i thought it was because of the 'Town Full of Pakis' chant AGAIN! also someone launched a quid at grahma kavanagh
yeah, but what do u expect when he was triyng to wind the fans up...... attempting to shag the corner flag aint going to endear him to the ponty end id it.... in fact one of the stewards ha to have a word wi im
RE: i thought it was because of the 'Town Full of Pakis' chant AGAIN! A quid?!
Must have been a Chelsea fan that travelled up a week early.

He couldn't take the corner because of the wind, he made a JOKE to have some banter with the fans, which some took the wrong way. The steward only came over to hold the corner flag for him, which is against the rules so the ref told him to stop.
I don't like the behaviour of some fans who lob coins especially how that bloke was just having a laugh. And at QPR i saw someone int ponte end throw summat at one of their players. But what i don't mind is when our fans over celebrate and maybe jump over the barrier.. personally i think it just shows passion..
May be they were checking to see if anyone who has a ground ban had come in. You could also ask why the helicopter was in the air or why the horses are nearly always deployed at our games. If the Police have a bit of kit they have to use it otherwise they would loose it. So any chance they get to use it, however slight the need, they are in your face. I wish the Police would clean up the horse **** they always seem to leave outside my Daughters drive on match Days.
nah, the're going to use it as part of their training for all the new officers, its called how to recognise a football fan
