Sorry if already posted, but is there a particular reason why we're playing Thursday night? We're not on Telly are we?

I thought that but how come no other clubs are doing the same? Can't imagine Brentford will be happy playing on the Friday and playing us on the Monday when we've got an extra days rest. The rest are all playing Friday apart from Villa match.

Isn't it due to the Wigan Warriors playing friday? Might be wrong. It's a shame as it's a decent away game to do and a Thursday night will doubtless see a relatively small following. I'm hoping to attend, been there three times in three years.

Well I hope we cut up the playing surface and the ball bounces awkwardly for them.

I wish we had complained 2 seasons ago when it came to playing the Blunts on easter Satdy, and travelling all the way down to Colchester on the Monday. Once again, almost all of the other teams were playing on the Friday instead.

If we win, we'll pretty much relegate them: they'd be at least seven points adrift with four games left, including Brighton away.

I'd be happy to hammer their coffin shut. Enjoy paying Morsy's wages in League One with no parachute payments and crowds of about 6000. Tvvats.

Reading their forum he'll be away at the end of the season, along with a few more.

Pity they can't go the whole hog and rebuild Springfield Park for them so they can go properly full circle.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was the lowest following of the season to be honest. Thursday night, not a lot to play for, been there twice last season.. 526 (QPR) suddenly seems like it's gonna be hard to beat

Ive mentioned the idea of re-signing Morsy as well on TM tonight, as a replacement for James who will obviously go back to Leicester.
Ive seen fans on both boards say boll*x to him and they dont want him back etc. If we could afford it and if he did genuinely want to come back though, I think that could be a good signing.
And I will ask the same thing again which I did on there, who would like the idea of Josh Brownhill coming back as hes apparently been frozen out by the slug at Bristol.

I'd have either of them back. Both good players for us.

Yes exactly Fitz and thats why Ive raised the point.
Ok Morsy especially kind of gave us the middle finger when he went back to Wigan like that, but who could blame him as his contract or lack of it was totally screwed up by us.
I hope we can keep hold of Scowen but his name keeps getting mentioned, and I see Roberts is being linked again to somebody else today.

I'd have either back but both would need to take huge paycuts

I'd definitely have Brownhill back but I'm unsure about Morsy.

If I had to chose one, Brownhill just wins it.

Think if Morsy had ambition he wouldn't have gone back to Wigan.
He'd have used us as a springboard, like other players.
He went back there for the cash. Decent player, but can't see Hecky taking him back.

Brownhill's wages might be too much for us too, unless he came on loan.
If the little fella is sacked in the summer he'll probably stay & fight for his place, if they stay up.

    We had 489 at Cardiff.

Hour and a bit away, bank holiday next day, cheapish tickets. Reckon we'll have at least a thousand there.

Ah yeah just looked in our programme. Thought it was 650 for some reason. But still, we only had 1200 at Blackburn, will 5/6 of that lot want to do the exact same drive on a weeknight 5 days later?
