Just wanting a bit of advice/clarification. A family member of mine bought tickets for Wigan online and ticked the 'put tickets on season card' option. Does this mean that I just have to take my season card to the turnstile? Is it open seating? If not how do I find out my seat? Any help appreciated.

wouldn't have thought that was applicable for away games.

Got confirmation of the purchase. On the confirmation for 3 tickets for delivery it says access given to season cards. Reckon this just means that we need to pick them up from the office?
