For reasons unknown Tony was a guest on footy focus. He did OK too. Spoke quite authoritatively and eloquently on football. He was asked to name his cult heroes and he went for three players who are currently playing, but are often overlooked: Teddy Sheringham, Steve Malbranque and Arajan de Zeeuw! Not bad for an ex-Barnsley player. One of the Prime Minister's three favourites.
Well done Tony I was watching MOTD with my 13 yr old, it's the only time we bond, and Arjan came on and I said "He's from Barnsley!" and he said "You always say that, you said that when the Sunderland manager came on!" and I said "that's cos he's from Barnsley you slack c'unt.
