how do u plan to stop people smoking at football matches, think about the amount of people that smoke at games. it would be very hard to enforce i feel.

yes the pitch can be re seeded but you cant get second hand smoke out of your lungs, not as many on here seems to want smoking banned as they do racism or pitch invasions. i have to sit next but one to a bloke with a cigar all match god it stinks.

Do you think ye olde cat 'o' nine tails would suffice prior to the shooting event. It could be undertaken in the centre circle at half-time..... We could call it the "*** Shoot!"

Could we not put the smokers in a section which is surrounded by a perspex fence so that the smoke spirals upwards?

 

Got to admit people...

you wont get the message across to the people who go on the pitch because its kinda like having a supply teacher...if you have one you dont behave...but if you have your teacher says something there is more chance of people behaving....so y dont we have ritchie or a really good player on the tanoy at half time and tell them instead of the man who normally says it...i really think this could work!!!
