    I hope so

He'll learn from these mistakes. I still think he can be an excellent manager.

So why did we sack Ritchie last season then?
If it's perfectly ok to get relegated he was making a great job of that.

How many more players will he be allowed to bring in and how much more money will he be allowed to spend? He's brough 20 players in and spent nigh on £2m.

I dare say it's nowt to do with Shep anyway. I don't think he would have sacked Ritchie alone

    Yes, without doubt

I'm of the opinion that he's undeserving of it though.

He's spent a lot more than £2 million

Journo Tyke is adamant that De Silva cost us £750,000 for a start.

So how much longer will that kind of backing last for us to slip back into the Alehouse league?

    Not long is my guess.

    Yes

I'm still not 100% covinced by him by a long shot but the annoying thing is that apart from our absolutely awful strikers, the rest of the team is decent.

    RE: Yeah

Not saying that Davey should go...to be honest I could not care less either way about him at the minute, but I can't see Cryne continuing the level of backing that we have seen this season for much longer when we get relegated.

    Can you?

Rest of the team is decent. Trouble is, relegation will mean us losing most of them.

We won't go down and Davey has to keep his job, we are all dissapointed but lets get behind them for the last 6.
I know we have problems in a few areas but missing Muller, Nyatanga, Silva and Macken down the spine of the team it was always going to be hard. We get a couple of them back for the last 6 we'll be ok. Don't forget we were favs to finished bottom at the start of the season and 5000/1 for the cup.

A post Wembly pick me up - 2 BARRYS PIES £1 nip next door to mushy's for chips and gravy.
