Penney did great at Donny! think he would be a good option, Wilson did alright at Bristol. His teams always play an entertaining game. I'd take either of them if things don't work out for Simon.

He needs guidance, It would opt for a Director of football , someone with LOADS of experience. Probably would be cheaper than paying off a 4 yr contract.

That would mean that he would have to admit that he doesn't know everything and that someone knows things that he doesn't. Unfortunately, he doesn't subscribe to either of those scenarios. That is his major problem.
