    Hats off to the club, the two new signings are definitely not the usual "best of" league 2 etc, and have raised the clubs profile .... it would be fair to say that the two new signings come with character "baggage", which will be a real test of Mr Hill's man management skill ...

    Its like owt else his man management will work with some and not with others, he aint no miracle worker, but if there`s one player you want him to get his head right then its Mido.

    Quite possibly

    There's no doubt the new signings may well challenge the man management abilities of Hill & Flitcroft. However, the new players have brought a very welcome feel good factor to the club, a complete contrast to what was prevalent at the end of last season. This positive approach deserves to be mentioned and enjoyed, rather than glossed over simply because some have a fear of failure.
